In celebration of Clayton Homes’ 70th Anniversary, during the Sales Event promotional period, Seller will offer six (6) selected model homes at a promotional special package price from $59,900 to $79,999.99 (each a “Promotional Price”) which includes standard delivery, standard set and installation, Carrier Smart Comfort A/C unit sized appropriately for the specific home with installation, vinyl installation, and two sets of up to five steps high wooden stairs with installation. Promotional Price availability is limited to the first six qualifying purchases; Sales Event and Promotional Price automatically end at such time. Promotional Price does not include other costs such as taxes, title fees, insurance premiums, filing or recording fees, land or land improvements, optional home features, wheels and axles, community or homeowner association fees, or any other items not shown on your Sales Agreement, Retailer Closing Agreement, and related documents (your “SA/RCA”).
