Clayton Homes of Hot Springs has a full team of service professionals. Meet our Project Coordinator, Tina.

As part of the service Team, we always work with strong commination to provide recommendations and suggestions in service with each other and with our customers. Always with customer satisfaction at our core to ensure our customers receive the best service.

Our job starts as soon as our customer selects a home. We meet our new homeowners and let them know how excited we are for them and provide them with our contact information. We assure them after they close on their new home they are not alone.

We are always working with customers to not disrupt their lives any more than necessary to get them the profession service work they need.
After service I always follow up with the homeowner to ensure they are happy and enjoying their home with the work we have provided for them.

We do this as a way of checking in with our customers, so they know we haven’t forgotten them after “The Sale” Our customers have lives, and life can get busy. we want them to know they are why we are here. No issue is too big or too small.
